As the delays continue, our momentum is only growing. This weekend was highly productiveโ€”we connected with other Neal homeowners, shared experiences, published new content, and took major steps forward in exposing what, we believe, is a widespread and systemic issue.

This is no longer just about our home.

Itโ€™s not just a fightโ€”itโ€™s a movement.


Hereโ€™s where things stand today, as of March 24th, 2025:

๐Ÿ”ด 176 Days since we can’t use our stove top, due to a mold-infested kitchen exhaust hood.

๐Ÿ”ด 147 Days since we are waiting for Neal Communities own mold remediation protocol to be followed.

๐Ÿ”ด 139 Days since we made Neal Communities aware of serious, potentially safety- and health-impacting defectsโ€”yet no inspections or repairs have been performed.

๐Ÿ”ด 88 Days since their Chapter 558 legal response deadline passed. As of today, we have not received a proper written response.


โš ๏ธ In our experience, this goes far beyond simple delays. It feels like a pattern of deflection, neglect, and arrogance โ€”all while we continue to live with mold concerns and many unresolved construction issues.

Based on our experience, this is not an oversight. To us, it feels intentional.

We find the builderโ€™s handling of our situation to be deeply disrespectful, dismissive and emotionally harmful. In our opinion, it shows a troubling lack of care and accountability

We will never be able to forgive Neal Communities for what weโ€™ve enduredโ€”and thatโ€™s why this fight is no longer just about repairs.ย Itโ€™s personal.


๐Ÿšจ Momentum Is Building

This past weekend was both productive and eye-opening.

We connected with multiple Neal Communities homeowners and heard firsthand stories that echoed our own. Based on these conversations, we believe a concerning pattern is emergingโ€”one that raises serious questions about how Neal handles customer service, warranty claims, and defect accountability.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Weโ€™re currently drafting a detailed blog post that will outline what we believe to be recurring tactics used by Neal Communitiesโ€”drawn from our own experience and those of others whoโ€™ve stepped forward.

๐Ÿงฑ Meanwhile, momentum is growing across multiple communities.
Neal Homeowners are talking. They’re climbing into attics, sharing inspection reports, and realizing they may not be alone. What once felt isolated is now clearly part of something larger.

๐ŸŽฅ Weโ€™ve begun filming and photographing our homeโ€™s defects. Soon, weโ€™ll be sharing that content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeโ€”to give the public a raw, unfiltered look inside what weโ€™ve endured.

๐Ÿ“ This weekend, we also released a new blog post:
โ€œWhy Neal Homeowners Should Inspect Their Attics.โ€ It shares our firsthand experience and outlines why we believe certain attic designs and Florida Building Code Violations may be creating conditions conducive to mold growth in Neal Homes.

๐Ÿ’ฌ And the ripple effect has begun:
Weโ€™ve been contacted by real estate agents and prospective buyers seeking more information. They’re asking questionsโ€”before they commit to what could be, in our opinion, a costly and regrettable decision if the underlying issues are not addressed.

This is no longer just about a broken home.

Itโ€™s about a broken systemโ€”and people are paying attention.

This isnโ€™t just a campaignโ€”itโ€™s a growing movement for transparency, safety, and homeowner rights.
